Wiggle Bottoms Canine Coaching reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes made will come into effect immediately and will be communicated to current clients via email. It is the responsibility of any former or future clients to stay apprised of any changes to the terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy
Private training sessions can be cancelled by Wiggle Bottoms Canine Coaching on short notice if due to unforeseeable circumstances such as pandemic restrictions, illness, or injury. In such cases, notice of cancellation will be sent via email and every attempt will be made to move the session to an online format or reschedule at a later date.

In order to ensure the most effective training, consistency is essential. Please give 24 hours notice of any cancellations if due to illness or injury. Any cancellations made by the client less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge for the full session cancelled.  

Payment and Refund Policy
Payments are due at the time of booking. All training sessions are non refundable and non transferable. Requests for refunds for private sessions will be at the discretion of Wiggle Bottoms Canine Coaching and decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
